The 2016 Commonwealth Short Story Prize is open for entry.
The Commonwealth Short Story Prize is a prize awarded to the best piece of unpublished short fiction (2500-5000) words in English from writers in Commonwealth countries.
Each year, a shortlist of 5 is chosen from the five regions that make up the commonwealth, from which an overall winner will emerge. Regional winners receive a fee $2500, while the overall winner will receive $5000.
