The Flash Fiction category of the Etisalat Prize For Literature has officially opened for submissions today.
The category, specifically set aside for African writers of unpublished stories will accept entries of not more than 300 words which will be submitted online via their website.
This category of the Etisalat Prize For Literature will include the participation of the general public in the selection process.
The winning author will receive a cash prize of £1000, a high end device, and publication in an ebook which will be promoted online. Two runner ups will also receive £500 each, and a high end device.
